San Francisco, CA – The steel framing of the medical office building located at 1100 Van Ness in downtown San Francisco has reached the third floor signaling the most visible progress of the project to date. Topping out is scheduled for August 2017. Completion of the office building is on schedule for the 4th quarter of 2018.
Signed leases and leases-in-planning represent over 80% of the building area.
Once completed Sutter Van Ness Medical Office Building will be a 250,000 SF building, which is part of an overall development plan that includes a 700,000 SF acute care hospital owned and operated by Sutter Health. Located in the center of San Francisco on the California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) campus at Van Ness Avenue and Geary Street, the project will also include a six-level, 383-space subterranean parking structure that will serve both the MOB and the Hospital.
