Burbank Medical Plaza I is a four-story, 72,000 square foot medical office building on the campus of Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center. This is the first building, built in 2004, of a four structure multi-phase outpatient medical complex. A 1,000-car parking structure was completed in April 2007. The third structure, a 95,000 square foot medical office building, will be completed in June 2008. The last building, the 57,000 square foot Roy and Patricia Disney Cancer Center, is under construction and owned by the hospital.

Burbank Medical Plaza I houses Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center's Breast Health Center and Outpatient Diagnostic Center. Other tenants include Valley Health Care, a primary group occupying 17,000 square feet and Foothill Cardiology occupying 10,000 square
