This three-story, 67,000 square foot project, in a rapidly growing area south of San Diego, was developed for Sharp Rees-Stealy, a large multi-specialty group. PMB worked with the City to satisfy their stringent design requirements, while maintaining a schedule and a budget that met Sharp Rees-Stealy's needs. The project is developed on land acquired by PMB. This award-winning project was completed in 2001 one month ahead of schedule and under budget.
