St. Joseph Medical Plaza is a seven-story, 130,000 square foot, medical office building on the campus of St. Joseph Hospital in Orange, California. The project includes a 1,100 car parking structure. The medical office building will be attached to a three-story, 87,000 square foot cancer center, owned by the Hospital, which is being constructed simultaneously. This is the third project that PMB has developed for St. Joseph Health System. The project was completed in August 2008.
