Santa Clarita Medical Plaza is a three-story, 78,500 square foot medical outreach facility for Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. The building is located 30 miles north of Los Angeles in the Santa Clarita/Newhall area near Valencia Town Center. The building was completed in October of 2005. Ample surface parking is available for tenants and patients. Hospital services include an imaging center, surgery center, radiation oncology, urgent care, and a lab. The second floor is occupied by the Facey Clinic and the third floor is occupied by independent physicians.
