Del E. Webb Medical Plaza is a 91,000 square foot, four-story medical office building on the Siena campus of St. Rose Dominican Hospital. This medical office building is unique because it is constructed to hospital standards and is connected to the hospital on each floor. This feature allows cardiologists to be officed on the same floor as the CCU, obstetricians to be located near the delivery rooms, etc. The building includes a 12,000 square foot cancer center that contains a linear accelerator. The building was completed in 2002 and is located in Henderson, Nevada.
